The Diabetes Prevention Program is a structured, lifestyle focused program designed to help individuals lower their risk for type 2 diabetes through education, support, and practical habitbuilding.

This program is not about perfection, it’s about learning, consistency, and support that fits real life.

How the Program Works for You

At the heart of the program are live, small-group sessions led by a trained Lifestyle Coach who is also a Registered Dietitian. You’ll meet with your coach and fellow participants in 1-hour Zoom classes held regularly throughout the year, for a total of 26 sessions, creating consistency, connection, and support. 

When you enroll, you’ll choose a standing day and time that fits your schedule, so participation becomes part of your routine rather than another obligation.

To support progress tracking, participants have the option to use a wireless scale that securely records weight data through a mobile health app. Each weigh-in is automatically logged, allowing you to view trends and progress over time toward a 5–7% weight-loss goal. Your coach can also view this information to provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability throughout the program.

Scales are provided at cost to the participant.
